Welcome to Glasnevin NS

Glasnevin National School is located on Botanic Avenue in Glasnevin, Dublin 9 and is under the patronage of the Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin.
At Glasnevin National school we have a clear mission statement for our pupils;

• To enable each child to live a full life as a child and to realise his or her potential as a unique individual
• To enable the child to develop as a social being through living and cooperating with others and so contribute to the good of society
• To prepare the child for further education and lifelong learning
• Under this guise our staff work diligently to provide a secure learning environment for our pupils to develop their education.
• At Glasnevin National school we have 4 full time teachers, 1 SET teacher, 4 special needs assistants and 1 Secretary
